How to get active subscribers ??

So how do i get active subscribers most of my subscribers are inactive and i feel like they dont like my videos and stuff :/ help pls?
 
Honestly, the best way of maintaining a loyal fanbase, I've found, is interacting with them. Any time someone says something nice on one of my videos, I make sure to thank them and reply them personally - none of that Ctrl + V nonsense.

I'm also part of a few Facebook groups aimed at smaller YouTubers, and we've built our own little community over time through engaging with each other's content and showing support however we can. If you show support towards other members of the community, they'll start to return the favour!

Well thanks for that :) well nobody even respond to my videos and i think they dont like my videos coz i dont edit them . because i dont have an editing software yet but im planning to use vegas pro someday so i hope if i edit my vids they respond to my uploads.

As mentioned, Interact with the subscribers, and watch their videos as well!
 
Create attractive thumbnails and use a editing software such as sony vegas. I've been doing 'youtube' for a whole month already and I just got 7 subs, it's really difficult but you just cant give up. And keep posting daily.
 
Well, if you want to build a community, then you need to interact with your subs. You could try joining other communities that have similar interests and interact with people on there, slowly buttering them up towards your channel.
 
I usually comment on most my videos. There's no reason not to comment and interact with your fans if you are under 10k subs honestly... even beyond that some people do, for better or worse.
