How to download vines?

I want to add some sort vines and clips from videos on youtube to make my videos funnier. Where can i download vines and youtube videos which wont give me a virus. I found one website 'vinedownloader'. Do you know if it is safe to download from?
 
Unless you OWN the vine you probably shouldn't download other peoples vines and put them in your video unless they've given YOU permission.
 
You can use addon called "video downloader" but as Kate said:

So be aware that your video might get a copyright strike.
