How seriously do you take youtube?

Not very seriously.

1. I make videos that I feel like making (vs. trying to make "searchable" or "viral" content).
2. I post when I feel like it (vs. having an upload schedule)

I just do it for the fun.

Although the attention/comments are always fun. I love my viewers. They're awesome.
 
So YouTube really changed me. Even though I'm not big or whatever, creating the videos itself really made me happy. So yeah what you said made sense! I've gotten way more confident about myself since I always had doubts and was in a depression so... I guess you could also say that YouTube saved me! Hahah, that's a bit over dramatic though

I've been making videos since 2009.

This is my third wave of making videos. (Twice now, I've "quit" and made all my older videos private!)

I hadn't been posting, but then I bought myself a DSLR camera.. so now I upload more regularly because my camera is so freaking amazing (and I have to justify spending $800)
 
Well i'm trying to grow my gaming group, so right now I take it very seriously. I want to keep growing the channel.

Wow that's really cool.. you're OG. What camera do you use? I recently went from iphone vlogger to buying a canon eos m3 and I'm so obsessed with it.
