How often do you upload?

I get where you're coming from but like you said I would see it as a future investment for when you make it big and bring it a larger audience, they can then see some of your older content. And you can even make reaction videos to your old content in the future

You're right. I have to catch up anyway lol. So much to edit and upload... And I've definitely considered reacting to my old videos MST3K style or something. Especially the early, early stuff.

I have a gaming channel so I upload 5 times a week. And I'm trying to upload 7 times a week.

Supposedly Youtube's new algorithm supports this too. Obviously, people that do once a month aren't growing too well right now without some major luck/promotion, and once a week might even be stretching it if you're as small as I am. Once a day might actually be the way to go.

Yep, especially with the over saturation in the content being uploaded. You have to give yourself the best possible advantage.

Probably more than most here. I find that the more content I post, the better. There are no setbacks for me as long as I'm consistent.

Currently I am trying to upload 1 video a day around 1pm MDT. I just started a month ago but I am trying to stay consistent

I upload whenever I got an idea, which makes me have an irregular schedule!

I upload Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I try to stick to that schedule STRICTLY. I haven't seen any change in growth from when I was doing daily uploads, but it gives me a days break to script and gather media for the next days video.

I'm aiming for a couple times a week, but I'm not forcing it. Last time I forced myself to upload something I got burnt out and quit. Last Sunday I had a fun time recording a bunch of videos, and I just edited those throughout the week when I wanted to.
