You need to drastically revise what you know about CPM. Even your lowest estimate is at least 2x too high for earnings solely from YT itself.

A good way to estimate what channels make is take their monetized view count, and for every million add $1,000.00 USD. Usually it's give or take $300.00 from that from what I've found out per million views. You can scale this down with views such as every 1000 views earns around $1.00 each give or take $0.30.

With 1.7 Million views I assume he earns around 3000$.
That's pretty much a normal salary of a graduate so either he generally has rich parents that help him to effort all this, or he is big sponsors for his YouTube channels.
