How many do you subscribe to -- and view frequently?

I am subscribed to 97 and I watch probably 90% of the videos but the maximum upload schedule is daily.
 
Subscribed to 15 channels atm, will have to take a look and clear some of them because seems like only 50% or so upload videos :/
 
I'm subscribed to something like 30 channels right now but I don't keep up with any of them, regularly at least. Odds are I'll binge watch one channel's videos after waiting a while, and then eventually do that for another, etc. circle of life and whatnot.
 
At one point I was subbed to nearly 500 channels. I recently did a massive cleanout and kept only the channels that either I watched frequently (which would be about 2-5 of them), and then others that I just like to keep tabs on and watch occasionally. I pared back to about 90-ish channels that way (still way too many, but I have my reasons for staying subbed to some, even if I don't watch them frequently).
 
I am currently subscribed to 12 channels 5 of which are what I consider big YouTubers, and the other 7 are what I consider my YouTube friends.
