How long until I get thumbnails...

I do all my own graphics!
I've been waiting for a about a month now and I still can't have custom thumbnails...
Am I doing something wrong? :o
I have 12 subs, about 350 views, and I have monetization enabled.
 
u dont need to have adsense accoount to have thumbnails.. you only need to monetized your videos.. also what i noticed on one of my channels is that id you have an under review video for monetize you would not get thumbnails until you delete that video or you get that video monetized..

I don't so I think it's just YT taking a while (or it was my adsense).
 
I don't think you have to have any videos enabled for monetization, as long as you have the account itself enabled for monetization. Other than that, yeah, you just have to wait I guess. I'm waiting for mine as well, which is annoying since I'm getting annoyed with the default thumbnails for my videos, haha.

no you dont.. you just need to enable monetization and that all. also if you have any video under review for monitization then it could be the reason your not getting them..
 
I see. Thank you all for your help. I will now wait (impatiently) and see when they give that option available to me. :)
