How long did it take you to get to 500 views and what's your youtube category ???

I have been doing my channel since monday and I'm still not 500 views, but I'm at 300, so it is quite fast I guess. Doing educational and entertainment videos.
 
Pretty much never as half of the people seem to pay more attention to highly-subscribed users videos with the highest number of views than other users' videos with fewer than 100 views.
 
I got there in about 6 days. At the moment I have 17000 views (1000-1300 a week).
I do guitar pedal demo videos.
It seems to be going relatively well and quite a few of my videos are on first page of youtube search (if you search that specific guitar pedal).
Not that much subscribers but it's ok, I'm slowly growing.
