How far ahead do you plan?

Hmmm... Depends on how 'evergreen' your content is... I have a big list of video ideas that I have available, that I add to whenever I think of something interesting. I'll also always have a few scripts on the go, so that I can always be working on something! Then when filming time comes around, I just grab a script (or more), and film! So how far ahead, varies.

If I have an idea, I use Trello to jot it down. Later on I can make a checklist to plan it out. Some stuff is time sensitive, and I need to work on it right away. Others i can just do at my leisure.
