How does YouTube pay you ad revenue?

I don't remember putting my card details when setting up my YouTube channel so how does YouTube actually pay you the ad revenue?

They pay by cheque or bank transfer. For bank transfer, adsense goes through a "verify" process to make sure it's the correct account. I advise you to read the online help for adsense. It's all explained in there.

I'm partnered with BroadbandTV. For me, I set up my cards to a Paypal account and their official website. They pay me through paypal. When I monetize, they take care of it from there. It's a 70/30 split, but I'm making cents anyway so it doesn't matter much to me.

You need to setup an account with AdSense then link it with your YouTube channel. A quick Google search should give you plenty of easy guides to do it.
