How do you title YOUR VIDEOS!!!!!???

In my opinion you should capitalize the most important words. All caps seems like someone is yelling and I prefer not to be yelled at. However I think the words themselves are more important than if they are capitalized or not
 
Your title has to match the theme of that video, otherwise if you pick a title that does not represent your content, your viewers will feel like they've been deceived.
