How do you stay organized?

I've Got It
I'm curious to know what goes on behind the scenes of a content creator, How do you guys organize your files? from raw footage to edited and rendered footage? especially gameplays. Like how do you keep the insane amount of game footage organized and differentiated from one another such as a playthrough, or games with friends and what have you.

I have a ton of folders and sub folders and sub sub folders. I must have at least 15-20 between all of them.

I have two main folders Recordings and Thumbnails, inside Recordings it's split up into Raw Footage, Edited Footage and Audio.

I have a drive dedicated to YouTube stuff, the folder structure as below:

Raw Videos > Several folders inside labelled by month
Rendered Videos
Assets > PSD Files > Old Assets > Video Effects > Raw Picture Files > Thumbnails > Exported Pictures
Vegas Files
Music

I do one folder per video. Then in that folder I almost always have the following folders.

-Audio <- All related audio except music
-Endcard <- All files necessary to make the end card. Some cases it's almost like making a whole other video. Then I import the final into main video Blender file.
-Music <- All music used
-Overlays <- All art and project files that went into making and video overlays.
-Raw Video <- Everything from the camera
-Thumb <- Everything used to make the thumbnail. A lot of times I've copied this folder out into future video folders. I try not to reinvent the wheel.

Under the main folder I'll keep some other loose files and my main Blender project files.

Wowza!!! That all sounds very tedious, but i honestly thought i was going crazy with the way my setup is for files.

I had raw files then rendered/ edited files each categorized by game and i use elgato so there titling system helps out a bit with individual video titles.

Thank you all for you input!!
