How do you react to hate comments and trolls?

^These are the types of friends am trying to remove from my life..i have noticed these types of negative people really just dont give a s**t about you if they really cared they would at-least try to encourage you or help you out.If you keep these kinds of people around you, you`re going straight for failure because you`re going to be thinking failure every time you`re around them.
Remember though to not confuse hateful friends with friends who are giving constructive criticism ! But I understand that method of thinking, because really who wants to keep someone around who always just brings you down, its kinda of a bummer.

Ignore it, if you continue on or respond it makes you as the owner seem unprofessional and the people that may care for what you do will be upset that your letting someone get to you and may end up leaving you, sometime your faithful followers will answer hate for you. it's happened to me before where one of my faithful followers pretty much told this guy to F-off for me lol that was funny

I watched a good amount of the video in question. It was very awkward. I'm not sure where the idea of taking your shirt off after getting 10 viewers came from (not sure if your video title was already called that or if you renamed it after that incident), but you did offhandedly agree to do that, even if you weren't serious. They were giving you a hard time about it. It escalated from there, but it seemed to be directly related to your reactions. I don't know what I'd do in that situation, but I'd be very careful about implying I'd do something if I had no intention of doing it. I'd probably have just said that I'm not going to take any clothes off the first time someone mentioned it and reminded people that this was a gaming channel and they could find much more nudity elsewhere on the internet if they really needed that.

On my channel I get a ton of hate. My normal response is to troll them back in a nice way. Examples:

CH Mr.Gobbles: This isn't scary your just changing the speed of the song and changing the color, The pitch is deep
Me: That maybe true, but I still made you look. :p
Ante: something being scary is completely subjective, my friend. I don't find it scary either, but that doesn't mean somebody else won't.

Flippy Dash crew # Flippy dash the Fox: I HATE YOU!!!!!!!!! YOUR RIENING MY CHILD HOOD!!!!
Me: You're welcome!
Flippy Dash crew # Flippy dash the Fox: that wasn't a compliment

Nivi Deepi: very bad not at all nice
Me: Very nice, not bad at all? Thanks!

AliyahGamer1122 /Gaming with Aliy: your bad and your vids are disgust
Me: Thanks!
AliyahGamer1122 /Gaming with Aliy: Yeah a horror complament
J- Man: *you're

Anita Miller: excuse me why does this channel have 15000 subs when they are this lazy
Me: Because I know how to do "lazy" the right way.
Anita Miller: you narcissistic b*tch
Me: I was just answering your question. I'm not sure what you're upset about. I think it's kind of silly that I have this many subscribers as well, but apparently people like my kind of lazy videos, so who am I to argue? I must be doing something right, and since it is lazy, it must be the right kind of lazy. :p
Anita Miller: WE'LL YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE NARCISSISTIC ABOUT IT
Me: I'm not. I'm just being honest. There's a big difference between talking good about oneself truthfully and exaggerating.
Anita Miller: BEING LAZY ABOUT THE WAY YOU GET MONEY IS BAD
VERY BAD
Me: Hmm, interesting philosophy. I'm afraid that's not how supply and demand works, though I wonder if the world would be a better place if it did. But at any rate, what I don't understand is why it matters to you so much how I make my videos and run my channel.
Anita Miller: no one should be lazy with their work
that's called cheating in-game,
in life I don't know what its called,
but its bad
Me: I understand your point, but the game analogy is a little off. If there is a really hard boss in a game that everyone has a lot of trouble with and someone comes along and finds a weakness he has and finds a way to exploit that weakness and beats him much more easily, that's not cheating. Cheating would be using some method that isn't available to everyone in the game to give themselves an advantage that no one else can have. But everything I'm doing on my channel can be done by anyone else. It's not bad for me to find an easier way of making money. It's called working smarter, not harder.
Anita Miller: anyone can cheat
your analogy does not add up
and I figured out what word I was looking for
it's exploit
you're exploiting people by
step 1: take a popular scene
step 2: make the colours negative
step 3: distort the sound files
step 4: over-profit
Me: I see. Sorry if I was vague in my analogy. I meant that cheating was using some method that isn't available in the game. But your point seems to be that I'm conning people by giving them something of less value than they expected or were promised. And I could see that being the case for people who see my thumbnails and expect my video to be something different than it is. But they would just leave after watching it for a bit. But the thing you originally complained about is my number of subscribers and those people weren't fooled at all. They subscribed because they like my videos, whether they were lazily produced or not.
I fix computers for my normal job. Other people at my work could do it, but they choose not to learn it. Just because it is easy for me, it doesn't mean I shouldn't be paid for doing it. I'm paid for the service I provide, not how hard it is for me to do. It's about how much people like the thing you provide, not how hard you worked to provide it.
It's similar to this conversation. I've put way more work into this than I do for most people who comment on my videos, and lots of them subscribe. So are you going to subscribe because of that? ;)
Anita Miller: no, ya narcissist
Me: :'(

Taylan Oran: I can't take it serious when I'm a I.T tech and I can see through every effect
Me: That's okay. It's not meant to be taken seriously. I can see through every effect as well and I still enjoy it.
Taylan Oran: I'm not going to lie, it's still a bit creepy and kinda hilarious. Good work.

RedE.T: You want to f*ck off
Me: :'(
RedE.T: I'm sorry man but that was some scary sh*t lmao I'm sitting here in the middle of the night and then I watch this
Me: lol, no worries.
FreeEntertainment51012: LOL that face though!

Iris Reynoso: This is so stupid not evening scary and watching this on Halloween in the dark by myself and as a god follower really ugly like you
Me: Funnily enough, a God follower wouldn't be insulting someone and calling them ugly. :p

Ali Bazzi: this f*cking sh*t isn't even horror. all you do is slow down the clip and colorize it. horror version my a** lol
Me: You want me to do a horror version of your a**? Well I guess...

I usually have a mod in my stream who sometimes filters out all that troll like stuff but sadly that one stream he wasn't there the raid happened. Thanks for the advice my dude, I really kept the video uploaded to remind me how not to react anymore.[DOUBLEPOST=1481863947,1481863757][/DOUBLEPOST]

I named the video that title right after the stream, it was originally a Borderlands 2 stream with my friend. I was thinking about deleting the stream video upload right after but I keep it up as a reminder of how not to act, the mistake I made was what you pointed out, how I carelessly said ya without thinking about consequence. I just never expected this to happen so I guess I reacted in a way I deemed extremely immature. Thank you my dude for the advice! I'll try to fix my troll/negative tolerance lol

I get many comments on my videos everyday, so I just get used to angry comments popping up now and again. I only respond to ones who get personal with me or make unreasonable complaints.
