How do you guys stay organized?

So what do you guys do to stay organized with your channels? Do you keep a notebook? Remember it all? Something on your phone? What? I like to be organized and I'm trying to figure out the best way to keep notes, agendas etc. haha
 
The closest thing I have is Google Calendar to remind me when to film, edit, upload. Other than that, I'm a mess.
 
Me I have a whole bunch of notes of video ideas on my ipod! (I should move to google drive) But I also film the video on tuesday edit and upload too. Then make a scheduled upload for it to release on friday! O yeah another thing I also make the thumbnail on tuesdays to.

I've never really been Organized in my my life, not even a diary.

Ive just started to create all different kind of bookmark folders to make sure i can get to certain content I need to faster! YTTalk for example in under my Social Tab! :D

I currently have 7 diff tabs with around 10-20 website pages. I do find it helpfull!
 
I actually run everything out of Google Docs. I have folders for shows, with sub folders for scripts and imagery for specific episodes, as well as a mini storage for the master video files of finished content before I upload to YouTube - which I normally do the day after while at work. I also house Info pages where I have formatted About sections to save myself the trouble of re-typing all of my links to social stuff.
 
I use a mix of everything, and not very well :P

- I've got a whiteboard on the wall for mind mapping/brainstorming ideas.
- I've got Google Docs for access anywhere to notes.
- I've got a Google Calendar for organizing series release dates, and when I record/edit.

I think I need to get better about organization, I've never been good at it. While I know I have the tools, I just don't use them consistently haha.
 
I use Evernote to keep track of important stuff. Not using it for YouTube stuff though, as I have quitted creating videos nor I am capable with my current hardware, but I use it for college purposes and it is pretty nice due to the fact the app for android is quite neat and I can use it on my PC also.
 
I film everything on Monday and friday and edit through out the week. I dont really need to be organized. I also do all my thumbnails while im at work.
