How do you gain subs?

I'm just wondering what you guys do because no matter what I do (Post on yttalk, Post on other youtube's, etc.) I never gain subs or gain one sub. I know most people are going to say be patient but please. Tell me what YOU do.

I post what I think is good quality content, and make sure to interact with the audience, that's about all you can do to try and convince people to sub.

I really don't know. But I do believe that it's easier to gain subs when you already have a lot.

Well, most school districts get subs for their teachers by... Oh wait, YouTube. The way you get subs is by search engine optimization and good content. It will come if it is worth watching.

you dont just " gain subs" .. you need to desrve them! good HD vids is good... then somehting that catches people attention! look at my vids, even though its maybe not your style ( dont know for sure yet) people still go oh, nice editing its people are picky these days.. give them a reason to subscribe,, not in refers! dont expect things from them , but think in reverse.. what do they want from you)
