I don't know how to do it other than advertising my video's on Facebook, but some youtubers gain subs and views instantly while their channels are still small. Any idea's?
How do you gain more subscriptions and Views per Video?

Also try not to do things that are overdone... I wouldn't do anything just because it is done by every other Youtuber

Subscribe to other people, comment it to them and maybe they will be apt to checking out your channel and possibly subscribing.

I just watched a few parts of your videos and im going to be totally honest here. To start off you need to talk over the game play.. 2 reasons.
1) With out it you might get copyright strikes on your videos since it shows nothing but game play and 0 talking.
2) It gets boring fast. Why am i going to sit and watch you play a game when i can get it on game fly or redbox and play it myself.
Thats why "lets plays" are so great, because they are amusing and keep you entertained. Your videos are eh... not so entertaining. You NEED to talk. Look at your retention rate and I can guarantee its less than 45 seconds.. Make your channel your own, Make quality content, Connect with your viewers, Make something people want to watch.
Also there are tons of walkthrough's on youtube.. you need to make custom thumbnails, Exciting titles and just anything that makes you stand out. Put these things into play on your videos and i promise your views and subs will raise. You dont have to be over the top like "lets plays" are but talk about whats going on and any tips you might have. You are a female making gaming videos, there arnt near as many girls making gaming videos as there are guys.. so use that to your advantage! I know you care about your channel so I know u can do it! It is a little more work than what your doing now but its not outside of what you can do!
