How do I see my Youtube "username"?

Okay then, click that dropdown and go onto your channel. Look in your address bar and paste that link in here for me :D

I can't post links, and that link blocker is actually pretty clever[DOUBLEPOST=1367232072,1367232029][/DOUBLEPOST]It's just a string of characters for my channel, no words.

Possibly either way your channel still has a direct URL link. On your channel page it may say "JdsgAjfbnask" or something like that. The bold bit is your username, and you can try that in the profile box :)
Indeed. ^^

Try that. If anything should work, I imagine this would of all things.

I'm thinking now that this string of characters in place of a name is the problem, and might be because of a Google Account instead of a Youtube account? I'll try putting the string of characters in my profile instead of my name

Okay to make it easier, can you tell me your channel name and I might be able to find the link. Otherwise just post the bold bit of my last post in your profile page on here and see if that works :)

EDIT* I see your trying that already so just tell me if that doesn't work :)

That is pretty odd. Maybe it does have something to do with your Google+ account, but I can't be certain. You can erase your Google+ account and keep your Youtube, although it is a bit messy to do.[DOUBLEPOST=1367232368][/DOUBLEPOST]This is much better than going to a help desk :P We get on problems quicker than they probably do, LOL.

Hm, doesn't work. On closer inspection, though, it seems the script on here leads you to a /user/ not a /channel/ which is mine. This couldn't be anything to do with the new Youtube layout I've been hearing about, right?
I'm probably going to the wrong place. I'm clicking my way to my channel, is there some separate user page somewhere?[DOUBLEPOST=1367232487,1367232422][/DOUBLEPOST]

lol, that you do. Thank you very much, you two, this seems to be far more complicated than it should be, but in reality it's probably a dumb mistake on my part.

Another thing to try is to head here: http://www.youtube.com/account
and see if it lets you create a channel name or not?

Oh, btw, my channel link is in my profile just under location or in my bio.[DOUBLEPOST=1367232645,1367232542][/DOUBLEPOST]

I don't see anywhere to create a channel name. My channel name (what I think it is, 'Lardeleedle Laydeliel') is there, though. Not in any field box.

Youtube gave me a D: face when I tried it, lol. Maybe you could split your channels but keep them both? I have no idea. But you may have to look on Google+ for that.
When you clicked on the link in my bio? Locations sends you to google maps, so you have to copy paste it into the address bar.
