How did your channel start?

I wanted to start a channel doing gaming parody videos and my friend also wanted to do the same. We decided to combine our ideas together in 2011 and that's how we started!
 
My main channel started because I decided to get fit and run the London marathon next year. So I was hoping my vids would bring me some motivation to keep going. Unfortunately I have had to stop for now due to health reasons so I am starting to do other videos on that channel plus I have also started a gaming channel.
 
During the first few days it only got a couple of views, and my first comment was "OMG YOU'RE SO F*CKING UGGLLLLYYYYY." lol rough channel start
