How come I never get views or subscribers?

I think you can't just do videos and upload it then wait for people to come and watch them ... at first time, you have to tell people that "Hey!! I'm doing some videos, can you check it out, pls?"
If you don't do that, nobody will know that you're doing videos, and therefore, how can views and subs come to you?

On my old channels I always posted regularly and with ok content, but I never get subs or views. I always find myself making new channel because the ones I run never get attention. What am I doing wrong?
Don't keep moving channels. When this channel of mine started out, I only had 2 subs for 2 months. But I kept going and got an extra 64 :)

Here's a few tips I've followed all the way to 26K Subs & ~4M Views
  • Don't make a new channel if you get frustrated
  • Remain consistent with the content you're producing
  • Have relevant AND trending tags for your video-- Update them as needed!
  • Make your video engaging and interesting; People don't want to watch what you're doing if they can get it elsewhere, so make sure you have a unique style & personality
  • Have an easy to read format for titles, and keep it simple.
  • All my videos follow this format : Game Name - EPISODE TITLE (Ep. #)
  • It's easy to read, consistent, and works wonders.
Hopefully everything works out! Good luck :)

Here's the big secret. Interact with the Youtube community. Post comments or make video responses to similar content to yours. Like an earlier poster said, no one is going to stumble to your channel. You got promote your product out there.
