Hey friends,

What's up? Last two days I have been facing problem regarding monetization of my videos.

You Tube shows, "Your video is currently not approved for monetization. To consider your request, YouTube requires information regarding your commercial use rights for your video."

There is three options available to prove my content unique. I am little bit confused. Help me guys.

How can I solve out commercial use rights problems for eternal.

Thanks

Hi, I have a few questions for you in order to help you better:
- What is the video about?
- Did you film it?
- Do you have any music or tv playing in the background?

Dear here are

1. My video is related to gaming and sporting.
2. What exactly do you mean film? I didn't understand indeed.
3. Yap. But i have changed it. Ex: gaming trailers

I mean: did you make all the footage u used in the video? If any of it is from a sport game or from another youtube channel you cannot monetise it.

No these are not from other youtube channel. Gaming trailers are deriving from official gaming site what others do. And I have done this too. Why youtube is giving me penalty? I have changed the color, format, content, audio format etc.

Then?

Your channel link does not work so I cannot check out your videos to see what you mean.
But if you downloaded and used footage of this site, that is not alowed since they own the footage and not you, even if you make some changes.

Where did you get the impression that you have the rights to monetize game trailers?

Where everyone does this, why don't me?

I have just tried.

You asked why YouTube was penalizing you. This occurs because what you are doing is not in compliance with the YouTube rules, nor with the basics of copyright law. Feel free to try to "get away with it" for as long as you want, just don't get too attached to the channel.
