Hi, im not new but would love feedback

Im new to YouTubing and would love if anyone could give me some feedback on my channel.
This i want to know desperately:

1. Do i need an intro and/or outro?
2. New banner and/or picture?
3. Highest 720p, or 1080p?

Please all suggestions are warmly welcomed, and i truly appreciate your time and help.

One thing you need to do is edit the channel navigation and it up so the Browse view is enabled. Then you need to create a channel trailer.

I would say use a camera quality that is clear, it doesn't have to be like the top of the range camera (I use my phone and I'm at 2K subs so it doesn't affect), I would advise an outro, showing like what's up next or social medias etc, intro is optional but don't forget the first 30 secs of the video is what grabs the audience! and 100% yes to banner, layout etc, make it look professional and people will relate that to your videos!
