Help with getting subscribers and views

Hi there I've started a new youtube channel about 2mouths ago an we're doing well almost 250 subs and one videos got 2k views and we've just been partnered to Machinima but I'm wondering if any has any advice to getting more subs and views please thanks for any in put ( also we've done all the normal things twitter Facebook and made a web page)

Yeaj if you focus on making content those subscribers will come like that. Its all a mental thing.

I just checked out your channel, you've gotten over 2k views because you uploaded something from bgt. I assume most of your subs are from there and are inactive due to you getting few little fews on other videos.

You can promote your videos on these fourms where is permitted. Use other social media sites otherthan facebook such as : Twitter andTumblr.
