Help with channel ? :D

Hi guys can you help me with question i have been wondering for a while which is that i am creating a sponsorship channel with a bunch of people and need to know if we need any id or contract signing before we start and also we not be paying people just other benefits Thanks guys if you can help with this question

You need to specify, are you going to be making people sign contracts? are you gonna be a content aggregator?

we are going to make people sign contract but we are not a network which pay people we are sponsorship channel which gives other benefits other than money and basically what we do is people use our intro in theirs videos once signed up and we will be advertising or basically trying to grow there channel as much as we can but we will also be uploading the videos which they submit

Not to be offensive but I'm highly doubting your success.
If you can't offer partnerships, and you don't have a big channel to advertise people either, then there's noone who would wanna work with you.
