Help please. (Cyberlink question)

Alright. So For my gaming channel I use The editing software cyberlink powerdirector (The newest version) And I was just wondering if this is a good program. Im fairly new to it and was wondering if there was any specific tips or tricks I should know about using it? Thanks everyone :P
 
I actually use the same software!
It's actually pretty good featurewise, but it does have some issues. Mainly, it likes to crash, and rendering movies takes up most of your CPU, so you can't really do much while it's rendering. I've also found that it sometimes renders badly if you turn on the fast rendering options.

When you can get the program to behave, it does its job well.

Thanks for the pointers :D I haven't myself had a crash yet, So I suppose im one of the lucky ones. ;) done about three videos with it, And I find it really useful, Although i wish it came with more of a description of allot of the features because well. I suck so far XD But anyways thanks again. :P :)

Yeah, I think my computer might just not be too compatible with it. I do have a newer gaming computer, but its x64, and the cheapest version of the software isn't made to work with x64 systems too well. The more expensive versions have this special engine that allows the program to work better for x64 systems.
