help me with after effects :)

after effects is difficult software if you absolutely don't know what to do.
But youtube is your friend. search for surfaced studio and he gives you all kind of tutorials about after effects.
Masking, morphing, explosions particles and so on...

start with his easy tutorials and you'll learn fast.
 
Try googling Andrew Kramer and videocopilot (or so), he has a series of basic tutorial for After Effects that teaches you how to do basic animations, masking and stuff... other than that I think Arwen's right, YouTube has a lot of tutorials on AE. Hope that helped.
 
I made my first OCE (below) in after effects by using tutorials found on YouTube. If I don't how to do something or use a piece of software I always look to YouTube
