1. Err, I don't understand the language so I can't tell what you're saying, but I'll do my best
2. There's not intro/outro/branding on your vlogs. Might want to add something for more professionalism
3. Is a 12 sec intro necessary on a 55 sec video?
4. I'm guessing the dislikes come from being in the territory of gaming :/ sorry about that.

Did you start posting for likes and subs on other sites or comments? People tend to dislike your videos if you do that too much. Did you do anything on social media or YouTube channel that could of been controversial?

Maybe you can make another channel for vlogs to keep the gaming at a solo channel? Or maybe the dislikes do come from just being in the territory of gaming.

I watched a few highlights type videos and enjoyed it. Good luck, man.
