My contract was signed in May, 70% for me and 30% for them, contract for one year, the first two months they never paid me, The Collective Studios is the Network.

Collective is recognized as being a more reliable network. It doesn't make sense that they would 'take over' your channel.

You have 180k subs and 62 m views, just wait t the contract ends, you'd have to be stupid to stop it now :)
 
Maybe you'll find some hope when YouTube releases its button that can start a discussion on leaving between you and the network. Be on the look out for that..
