Help growing your channel (11.5K subs)

I have a youtube prank channel called 'RippedNerds'. We currently have over 11,500 subscribers with only 15 videos out! I was wondering whether people needed any help growing their channel or have any questions? :)

Please I really need help! I need more ways to get noticed. Do you think you could look at my channel and give me tips (TechnoTacoStudios not TechnoTacoTV)?

It's really nice of you to be helping us smaller channels out! I channel boxed you :)

you seem so desperate to get famous lol
but seriously I wish you become a well known youtuber and people ask you to help them out with their channel and stuff
 
How do you use social media to your advantage? Also, how do you get your name out there when the genre is so densely populated?
 
TechTac I had a look at your channel and i'm liking the channel trailer although maybe the camera angle could be better, you should have it so the camera is looking down at you so the audience feels less dominated, sounds crazy but it makes a difference. Better lighting may also help, making it more aesthetically pleasing. Also, maybe make it slightly less colourful as this can be seen as tacky! Other then that, keep posting videos and share them around (facebook, forums , twitter etc.) and soon you will start to see results :)

Thank you! I am very aware of my lighting and audio issues, I mean how can you not notice it, it's pretty bad :P

Awww thank you! :) When I become famous, I promise to give a shoutout to my favorite sound engineer ;)
 
saintofbladez its all about being unique! try different things that are different from the norm, new fresh ideas. Also, its all about promotion! share your videos on facebook, forums, twitter and also there are some websites where you can posts your videos and they will become featured if they are good enough (one example is collegehumour, however this is obviously for comedy videos). Hope this helps
