Hello, tips please

I can explain about an outro card. With an outro card, you will want it to stand out at the end of your video and include the important details to help you grow your channel (e.g. Subscribe here, Previous Video etc.). For an outro card that you can make and looks professional, I would advise using GIMP. It's helped me do thumbnails for my video as well as my channel banners.

This is what I made on GIMP. Only a little bit of getting used to and then you are flying :)

With the outro card, You will want to make a section for the previous video transparent. An example would be my old outro card:

Where that white space in the middle is, that is the transparent part, in which you can put your video in that area!

It is important to save the outro card in the PNG file format for the best quality and so the image can support transparency.

This is for the outro card. Someone else will be able to explain the actual video because I still need work on that haha. Hope this has helped a little :)

Have some sort of intro that is your branding. On top of that, have a MINIMUM of video thats 720p. Anything lower that is looked frowned upon. Have transitions between subjects with audio/video FX. Make sure you have clear audio as well.
GOOD LIGHTING is VERY important!
make sure you have an outro card! That's important as well!
Hope this helped. :)

The previous answers are good video tips, but as far as talking, depending on the type of video, you might want to write down what you want to say. It will help you focus a bit more so you don't ramble.

Maybe not the full text written out, but the key points you want to make. Then practice it out loud. That will cut down on the number of 'uhs' and pauses. You can cut those out with editing afterwards but the less editing the better.

With an outro card
The outro is a good idea as long as YT doesn't completely do away with it in favor of their new 'cards'. Many articles I've read allude to them doing just that eventually. I don't know how they'd deal with the tons of Youtubers who have outros linked with annotations in existing videos.
