Looks good, two things I'd personally recommend is using the row layout with a video acting as your 'channel trailer' (that's just personal preference of what I like, neither layout is wrong or right) and second is, write a short description in your about section! Let everyone know who you are, why you're awesome and why they should subscribe to you!
