Having trouble with my videos | I need some help!!

I've Got It
Hello guys, I have been doing travelling videos for about 2 years and recently I came across something I'm trying to figure it out what makes it happen, but I don't know.

Some of the shoots I take in the video looks like the video is jumping some frames... Recording on 24fps and 30fps doesn't make any diference it still happens.
On the same video sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't. I thought it could be the rolling shutter that I was panning too fast but even when I do it slowly it happens.

I use Adobe Premiere Pro and I fast forward some shoots, can it be that, that makes its jump some frames?
I really don't know

If you go and check my latest video(about city of Madrid) you can see it happening.

It happens around minutes:
0:59
1:45 to 1:53
2:22
2:33

Thank you so much for any reply
Anything would be helpful

So you record at 24 or 30 FPS, but how much FPS do you render at? Keep it the same or you can notice lag or frame skipping.
KidsCorner With one bullet you got me! I think that was the problem!! I shoot at 30fps but now I went to see the render output and its rendering at 25fps... I let you know If that was the problem for real.
Thank you so much

I just rendered at 30fps and it was the same thing... Thank you by the way :)
:( I had it mixed up once 100fps record to 30fps render and it looked horrible with lots if stuttering and skipping. Can't help you further then, are the origibal clips running smooth when you play them (outside of premiere)?

It was shoot with a Canon 5D Mark III, 1080p RAW video. Then converted from RAW to DNG and from DNG edited and converted to Pro Res 4444. Until there the video is Running smooth as it should... Only after I render it gets like this, I know its something that I do in adobe premiere but I don't know what...
