Has anybody tried out adobe voice?

I saw an article about adobe voice and I was wondering if anybody here has tried it out yet.

When I first read this I honestly expected something like an Adobe version of Audacity, I don't really know what to think of it but It looks like some cheezy program, something like Go Animate!

It's a brilliant little app. Now, if they would put it on PC instead of just mobile, that would be great.
