Hi everyone, im a new Fullscreen partner and i dont want screw this oportunity, so my question is, if the harlem shake song has copyright ???? I make android reviews of games and apps, an there is one app that let you shake your icons into the harlem shake song. I want know if there is any problem with that.

It is copyrighted. If you look at certain large channels (including Fox TV) they've made their own 'parody' of it, so they don't get sued.

It is copyright but Baur (however you spell his name) dosen't do anything and claims the videos so he can run ads and make money of the parody videos :D
Same thing happened to gangnam style, Psy made like 1m from parodies
 
Of course, whether or not you're going to get a strike for it is a risk you'd have to decide. Your can probably choose to acknowledge Baauers sound recorder Indmusic if you choose to and not get in trouble.
 
I am unsure but I think that you can use a minimum of 30 seconds of copywrited music on youtube. I read it somewhere, I don't know if this had changed. That's why the Harlem shake is 30 seconds.
