Request GTA V Thumbnail

Hello everyone! So, I usually make my own thumbnails, but with GTA V coming out soon and it being one of the biggest releases this year I really want to catch people's attention! I'm not great at making thumbnails, so I thought I would come here for help. All I want is a nice looking thumbnail for GTA V that says 'Let's Play' or 'Mozaaik Plays' on it and somewhere where I can put the # of each video/episode.

If anyone is willing to help me out, I would greatly appreciate it, if not I'll see what I can do!
