When you wake up in the morning, check your youtube and you've lost subscribers! (I lost 2 overnight)
I wanna find these people and ask them WHYYYYY?! What did I do wrong? :crying:
 
Yeahhhhh. It sucks. lol. Especially when you just reached your goal, and then you wake up and see that you lost subscribers so your under your goal again lol
 
Sorry to hear that dude! That is why I prefer people who comment over subscribers because I get to find out why they subscribe, why they may unsubscribe, and I know how to keep them happy!
 
This used to happen to me a lot :(
I'd really prefer feedback so I know what my subscribers want/prefer/like so I can improve, but nobody says anything!
I only get positive comments like "Nice video" But I want to know what's WRONG with it xD
 
A lot of my older subs are closing their channels, so I keep losing subs,

And others are inactive now.

In all honesty, I'd rather lose subs than have inactive ones, because inactive subs makes it look like you Sub4Subed in the past, even if you didn't.

Yeah that's very true.
I want a subscriber that I can interact with, and learn from other peoples opinions too.
:)
 
I reached 100 subs 3 times.... But all I really want is active subscribers. I'd rather have 30 active subs than 10000 inactive subs....

Whats even worse is when you gain subs (it sends you a message in your email) and you go to check the new sub count and its the same lol. I once had 4 new subs in a day and it didn't go up at all was like... wait a minute....
 
As a youtuber, in my opinion, I find nothing worse on youtube than to see that someone has unsubscribed to me. It really is depressing, but it's too bad they don't know what they are missing, right? ;)
