Group problem :L

Them 4 YTTalkers
Recently our third member of our channel has not been posting and following the schedule.
He doesn't inform either of us when he can't post, he doesn't really put much into his videos (making it funny or simple jumpcuts)
I feel he doesn't put effort or fit into the style of our channel :L
What should I do ?
 
I think I'd say to them to start putting some more effort in or to stop and let you find someone else. It's not fair if they just keep letting you down! They should just be honest and say they can't keep up with the schedule!
 
Give him 1 last chance tell him what needs to change in order for him to continue to be part of the group if he doesn't then tell him he is out as simple as that

I'll tell him what needs to be done or else I will have to follow through and kick him
 
tell him that he is super cool and you are not good for him and that he should leave and create his own channel. that's the nicest way to tell him.

Yeah this is how countless of other groups did it not sure if you have heard of the creatures but GassyMexican wasnt participating they told him what should be done and he didn't so they kicked him out
 
Given you're called "Them4Gamerz" and you're now talking about your third member, I'm assuming you've had to kick someone out before ;) You should be well practiced at it now!

Well we would like two other people but since this friend is our first member we are kind of sour on who we can let into the group as it may just be a repeat :L
 
Maybe that could be a kind of thing for your channel. It kinda establishes history as your channel progresses. Kinda like a music group. The bigger you get, the more fun it would be to look and remember when so and so used to be there and so forth.
