Good channel but dead subscribers

I have an issue. My channel gets the views and we gain subscribers but for some reason our subscribers Hardly comment. The majority of our views come from youtube and google search.

Any advice?

well usually the comment to subscribers ratio is about 1:10 so it would be normal but if it's really bad try doing something that will encourage people to comment

usually it's the more viewed videos that get comments, or if not viewed then it's the subs, it really pays to have subs. maybe if you made a totally EPIC video that was so good people would HAVE to comment

Dead Subscribers are something that every channel gets.

If you don't have active ones commenting, maybe asking them something like "What do you guys think of the game so far? Should we Continue?" "What game would you guys like to see next? Comment below!"

Also check your audience retention, you might be getting the views, but are you getting the watch time?

not as of late. It's weird. I did have a dead time. But I recently uploaded and I dont know the video didnt do that great :-/

I know this is annoying, i have the same but you can use annotations to let viewers/subscribers know to leave a comment. You should also keep in mind that you can't force them to comment. They'll comment eventually when they need too.
