This is a really great thread! I think if you say goals out loud (or write them) they become real.

I've finally made it to 1000 subscribers... but it took a long long time to get there 
i'm really hoping that with staying active on different social media sites (googleplus, twitter, instagram etc) that I can boost it up, i'd really love to double my number - make it to 2000 (im at about 1100 now actually)
its just next to impossible to compete with some of the other youtubers out there!

By the end of 2014, I hope to have 250 subs and at least 5,000 views. Right now I have 77 subs and almost 1,000 views in about 6 weeks, so I think if I keep up how I am going I think that's doable in 4 months.

Kinda way into New Girl
By the end of 2014 I would love 100 subscribers! I just started my channel this week so I have a ways to go. Im definitely motivated to get there though!
