How can I help my Youtube Channel grow faster. Can I maybe get some advise on how to get the ball rolling a little quicker and get my videos out there

That right there and send it out to friends and family.. Post your stuff here. Interact with people on the forums.. Use Twitter, Facebook, Reddit and even Google+

Also selling your soul is an option but it may have some negative sides to it.

It can also be helpful to find forums and communities relevant to your video subject, participate and share your content there. But you do have to make the effort to engage and not JUST self promote. That can make people a little cranky

I still say selling your soul is most effective look at me.. I sold my soul and got a whole 2 new subs out of it.

I wonder why none of you has suggested commercials? YouTube has plenty of videos on building a commercial. That's something I'd like to try once I have my quality down and have enough content to do so.
