You have a very artistic channel, there is nothing wrong with your channel, you are very entertaining, but you do need to have a schedule on when you upload, because all those subs that you work for , you can lose them very quickly when you are not uploading occassionally

Well, I do not think a channel of your sort will need a too specific schedule, however, I think you should try uploading 1-2 videos a week
Also, I think your channel art is sort of empty? I would change that a little too ^^ (I do like the part of the art, where stuff is actually going on)
Other than that; You got some fine (and mostly readable) thumbnails and video introductions (and videos, for that matter)
Ways to expand: Channel art (as said before), make playlists (Example: I like drawing, so if I stumbled across your channel I would watch your drawing videos, however, I do not want to search through all of your videos!).. Maybe change up the thumbnails a little?

You fill up a lot of the thumbnails (which is fine; You are pretty and it sells), but on some of them the text and drawings becomes squeezed into a corner because of that = not great

And yeah I agree that my channel art is bland, I struggle with making them to the right size x3 I'll definitely be making some playlists in the near future, and that was a good point about the thumbnails too!
