Gaming the Algorithm

Hey everyone, I've done a few searches regarding "gaming the YT algorithm" and have found a scattering of techniques or methods but I was wondering if anyone has some solid strategies to maximize a channels exposure.

I hope I'm not repeating a previous thread (I didn't see one) but if so could a more seasoned member of this board point me to it? Thank you - looking forward to hearing what some of you veterans have learned about the algorithm, I'd like (as I imagine most of you all would) to do the best I can to learn more about it.

You cannot game the system if you are meaning in the sense of cheating it. Well actually you can, you could spend a load of money on buying views, subs and comments but it will be short lived and then your channel will be gone.
The only way to do well on YouTube is be consistent, produce high quality work, network, research and put to use good white hat SEO and last but not least have a shed load of luck.
There are so many factors as well that need to be considered and one of the main ones is niche. YouTube is saturated with gaming channels and top 10 channels etc.. it will be hard to be successful in these categories. Try to find something you enjoy that not too many others are doing and put all your effort into it.
99.9999999% will not be successful in the sense of fame and money but not everyone classes that as success and a lot of people are happy to just plod along.
