Hey guys that is the parts list for a gaming pc that I am planning on building. please let me know if you have any suggestions on parts or a full parts list that would better than what I have here, but please keep a 1,300 budget. On this computer i plan on playing/recording various games, editing videos, and animating.
Games I plan to play:
Minecraft
GTA5
Batman Arkam city
BF4
Crysis 3
BO2
Roller coaster Tycoon 3
Minecraft Technic
Thank you for all the help!

This setup is more than enough for what you want to do (unless you want ULTRA settings on graphics which is really unnecessary, lol)

I am curious as to why you have two HDD, if they are both the same speed.
If your smaller one is a booting drive, I suggest you change it to a Solid State Drive so that it'll load faster.

If don't need lots of extra buttons, I wouldn't get a Naga, The DeathAdder is really nice as a less buttony mouse, but you might like all the buttons. Apart form that, everything seems reasonable to me based on my limited knowledge of PC specs.

The only thing I could suggest is to get a solid state drive.
Anyway, stop teasing me :(

Ha ha, that's what I was thinking. "Hey guys, I'm building this awesome computer? Can any of you think of a way to make it any more awesome? No? That's because its awesome. Now I'm going to go enjoy ultra graphics!"

hahaha

How much memory on an ssd do you think I need?
It's up to you to decide really. Microsoft says you need at least 20GB of space for a 64-bit installation of windows 8. You then just need to think of what apps you'd like on your ssd and which would be unnecessary and can just go on your HDD

This computer is more than you need. I think it will last for a while for you. That graphics card... And that's 3 TB of HD. You're crazy.

I just finished ordering a computer and it was around 500, half of yours. I'm also getting a cheap mouse/keyboard then I'll shop around for a monitor, so it will end around 600 or so. I think my computer will do more than enough for me and it will last me probably around 2 to 3 years until I need to upgrade it.

This is my spec:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($90.97 @ Outlet PC)
Motherboard: Biostar A960D+ Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($39.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Wintec One 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($52.72 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.99 @ NCIX US)
Video Card: PNY GeForce GTX 660 2GB Video Card ($179.99 @ Microcenter)
Case: NZXT Source 210 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case ($24.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($44.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $493.64

I just upgraded with a 500gb SSD in it and it makes a HUGE difference bud, definite must for your new build.

I wouldn't trust the PSU. Imho, I would go for a Corsair 750TX PSU.

Also, be careful with the memory. I got Corsair Vengeance and the motherboard doesnt like the 2133 speed, something to do with the CAS Latency. I have 16gb too and had to downclock it a little, but the capacity more than makes up for the speed downgrade.
