Gaming headset

I've Got It
I'm looking for a gaming headset that I can use for xbox 360 and pc. I tried to do some research on my own as well but there are so many different kind of gaming headsets out there which makes the choice very difficult.

What gaming headset do you think I should get? I'm looking for comfort, audio quality, durability and a good mic. I don't mind the price as long as it's under 300 euros.
 
I dunno but on a pc a Turtle Beach works nicely and it's for the xbox as well I use it and before I recorded on my PC with it

Yeah I saw some turtle beaches at seemed alright. I wouldn't use a headset for audio recording though. I have a blue yeti for that :)

Ohhh ok then Turtle beaches are cool for that :) I use mine to hear the gameplay only and record with my AT2020 my commentary so yeah that works ^^
 
I've got some Astros, they're a great pair of headphones.

I've got the Astro A30's, they are the smaller more compact ones. I've had them for about 4 years now (only just realised how long!) and they are still like new and the sound quality is no different than they were on day 1.

Mine came with this mixamp that give you improved Dolby surround sound and let you balance in game sound and voice chat.

Superb headphones and they are probably even better now.

Person at the store said tritton doesn't come out as the best regarding tests. I got the Trutle beach earforce XL1 for now. I'll be looking for an upgrade later on :)
 
For PC I enjoy using a desk microphone like Blue Yeti and a separate set of headphones.

I personally use the Blue Yeti microphone and the Sennheiser HD-280 PRO headphones.
 
I have a pair of cheap Turtle Beaches, and I can't tell the difference between that and Astro A40s Honestly though, I'm kinda deaf :P
