Gamers - How Do You Record Your Commentary?

I have two monitors here with me.

So I record my gameplay on one screen and I see myself recording on a webcam's software on other screen.

This way, I can see how long I've recorded for. If I can be bothered, I can record 3 games in a day and edit them afterwards.

I usually cut out the boring bits to make the videos shorter (since people like short and sweet stuff). Render then then compress them (to make the files smaller while maintaining the quality).

Finally, upload the video onto YouTube (I usually upload a video once per day :)).

It's a pretty simple process to get through :)
 
I usually sit down and record a couple of videos, not one big thing, then when its time to upload one, I edit one of the ones I have stored up and upload it. That works for me.
 
generally i record a few hours at a time. then edit them afterwords. then upload a bunch at a time, set them for individual days and record more later!
 
Record normally, then bang my head against my desk when I figure out I forgot to record, then play and record the same thing like it never happened!
