Game Volume Interferring With Microphone Volume

I've Got It
I still haven't quite figured out how to get the volume of the game I'm recording to not overwhelm the microphone volume. It's really frustrating as I have the microphone boosted to 30.0 db and I have the game volume almost all the way down. During recording I think everything is fine but afterwards when I review it I can barely hear myself but wow is the game volume perfect despite turning it almost all the way down. Any idea what I need to do here?

Why don't you record your voice in Audacity? That way you can edit each volume track after you are done recording.

You mean like record the video and then record voice afterwards? Or start up Fraps and then Audacity and piece the 2 recording together?
