Funny scriptwriting?

Basically I'm doing a short film for my coursework on the hardships that film student have to go through...it's gonna be a comedy. So it's going to show the problems, such as organising actors (which any film maker knows is a biggie), trying to permission to film places etc...it's going to play of the stereotypes of art students - stoner, pretentious, lazy etc. the end will have them filming an awesome movie, but then they realise they forgot to take the lens off lol

Would anyone be up for giving me some funny lines, or generally a funny story? Any ideas?

^ This sounds like there are a lot of good ideas right here! This seems like enough of a storyline to start putting pen to paper. I would just start writing and see what happens. Typically, if the basic storyline is fleshed, I find that the lines write themselves once I just start writing. Good luck! Sounds like a fun project.

I love this idea.. Let me think of some stuff and I will will send you some ideas. I actually went through all this a few years ago when I went on a mad short film raid doing 9 in a year.
