Fullscreen?

I am so incredibly unhappy with Fullscreen. When I signed they had a specific beauty network, which now no longer exists. When I asked if I could leave, I was told no, despite the fact that there is no longer a beauty subnetwork. When I have asked them why I have to stay when all they do is take a percentage of my income, they just tell me to go into the forums and chat with other people. They don't do any Gorilla campaigns that fit me and without the beauty program, it is useless being partnered with them...yet legally I am obligated to stay with them.

Is there anything I can do or any suggestions for either leaving legally or making it better?

Well once you've signed the contract you're pretty much stuck unless you go to extreme extents..
I'd suggest next time you join a network go for one that has short term contracts :/

Things really would be exact same even if you were in the beauty subnetwork. There isn't anything you can really do but wait until the contract ends and end it 30 days before the renewal.

Tell them you want to leave. Once your contract is up you can be free again. I'm thinking of leaving this time around so I can start using Rumble with better options, right now the new Rumble options conflict with my contract. I will just have to stop using their music (which is the main thing I use from FS).

Unless there is a clause in your contract that lets you leave, they don't have to let you go.

Did you have stipulations in your agreement that if they abolished their beauty program, then you could leave?

I did one year with them and it was a frustrating experience. I gave them my notice 90 days out.

You are independent now right? I'm thinking of leaving FS and trying out Rumble's video management. I have to do some research before doing the Rumble route, but so far Rumble has not let me down. They are just a little unclear on certain things when they update their site which makes me a bit hesitant.

@Munchito696 Yes, I am still independent. I am also still in communication with major networks but none of their plans make sense for me.
Besides their music I don't see a reason to stay anymore. They have helped me before with 3rd party disputes, but these only came up with music I got from them so I should not have had these disputes in the first place. I have a couple months left, I'm pretty much decided that I'll leave FS.

If people like the music provide, that's great. But as you mention, if it causes problems, what's the point? I would not wait and start sending your notice to leave now. Let there be no confusion that you want to leave.

When you leave, make sure that you re-monetize all of your videos to make sure that your earnings continue.
