It's just a network recruiter that has seen you have a popular video. It's not a current partner trying to get some cash from referrals as they only pay for referrals of channels with more than 1000 subs.
 
Hmmm well normally when they try to invest in a video it's just for revenue off of it. It's best to be clear about the sender, seems a bit sketchy with these messages some times
