The Fullcreen iOS mobile app is now available in the app store: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/fs-creators/id639161763

You must have the new Creator Platform in order to log into the mobile app, so if you were one of the lucky few that have been switched over already, the app is ready to go. An Android version is on the way.

No I think everyone is switching over. They selected some people to try out the beta version of it, which I was one of those people

That just means the rollout is gradual, so not everyone gets it at the same time. More channels will be switched over every day until everyone has it.
