I wouldn't take it if you are unsure. If the offer isn't adding anything special to your current offer it's a waste of time, you'll probably be better off looking for a new network that will increase the benefits you currently have.

The Fullscreen distribution addendum is a non-exclusive agreement so they can distribute your videos on other platforms and license your content for extra money. Since it's non-exclusive, I was fine with signing it since it gives me a chance of getting my videos out to other places.
